There may be intermittent loss of connection to AU networked services between 22:00-23:59 on Wednesday 4th October, due to emergency planned works at the Aberystwyth BT Exchange. All internet-based services including Office365, Blackboard, Panopto, Turnitin, and online library resources may be unavailable on campus during this time and should be considered at risk. We apologise for the inconvenience.

There will be an AU Network outage impacting all services on campus on the 27th June 06:00-08:00.

This is to enable critical updates to our core infrastructure to take place, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Telephony external calling will be considered at risk during 08:00 – 10:00 13th June and 08:00 – 10:00 15th June.

This is to introduce new replacement hardware, any live external calls at the time of the changeover will be cut off.
