Microsoft have now fixed their single sign on (SSO) error which affected access to University services this morning. Access to all services should be considered restored. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Access to University services are still at risk 10:30 Friday 10 November 2023. Access problems are being caused by a Microsoft single sign on (SSO) error which has affected Microsoft users across the UK. These services should be considered “at risk” until further notice. We apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

There are issues with accessing network based services on campus, including Microsoft 365, Eduroam, networked PCs, mailing lists, Blackboard, Panopto and Turnitin. Off-campus access to AU services are also affected. We are investigating and apologise for the inconvenience.

The AU network to Physical Sciences, Edward Llwyd and Gwendolen Rees buildings has been restored but should be considered “at risk” until further notice. We apologies for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
